Terms of Service

Chef Kena Dinner Rescue is a one-time, personalized digital recipe service. You submit information about your kitchen and preferences, pay a one-time fee of $6.99 USD, and receive a single personalized recipe delivered on-screen and by email.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to buy a Dinner Rescue.

All payments are processed by Stripe. The price displayed at checkout ($6.99 USD) is the total charge for one Dinner Rescue. Chef Kena does not receive or store your full card details.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit — ingredients on hand, dietary restrictions, allergies, foods to avoid, and any notes. Do not submit sensitive personal information. Do not submit content that is unlawful or infringes on others’ rights.

Your personalized recipe is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may cook it, share it privately, and print it. You may not resell it or use it to train competing AI recipe products.

Recipes are generated from the information you provide and are for informational purposes only. Chef Kena cannot verify allergen content, cross-contamination risk, or the freshness and safety of ingredients in your kitchen. Always confirm ingredient labels for allergens, follow safe food-handling and cooking-temperature guidance, and consult a qualified professional for specific dietary or medical needs. You cook at your own risk.

Delivery of the service depends on third parties including Stripe, Resend, Supabase, and OpenAI. Occasional downtime or errors from those providers may affect availability. See our Refund Policy for how we handle failed generations or deliveries.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chef Kena’s total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
