Refund Policy

Personalized digital orders
Each Dinner Rescue is a one-time, personalized digital recipe generated on demand from the specific information you submit. Because the work is performed the moment you place the order, personalized digital orders are generally final once the recipe has been successfully generated and delivered.
When we correct, redeliver, or refund
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: If you were charged more than once for the same order, or a charge appears in error, contact us and we will review and refund the duplicate or erroneous charge.
- Failed generation or delivery: If your paid order fails to produce a recipe or the recipe is not delivered to your email, we will correct the failure, redeliver the recipe, or refund the order.
- Clearly defective output: If the recipe you receive is clearly broken (for example, empty or unreadable), we will regenerate and redeliver it.
How to request a review
Email recipes@chefkena.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your order date and, if you have it, the Stripe receipt or session ID. We aim to respond within a few business days.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
What isn’t refundable
We do not refund orders based on taste preferences, changed plans after a recipe was successfully delivered, or ingredients you decided not to use. We also can’t refund charges made by third parties on your card that were not initiated by Chef Kena.
