Chef Kena Dinner Rescue (“Chef Kena,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at app.chefkena.com and provides a one-time, personalized digital recipe service priced at $6.99 USD.

• Intake information: ingredients on hand, number of people, time available, skill level, appliances, dietary restrictions and allergies, foods to avoid, cuisine preference, meal type, and any optional notes you write.
• Contact information: the email address you provide so we can deliver your recipe.
• Order information: your Stripe Checkout Session ID, payment status, generated recipe, and email delivery status.
• Basic technical data: standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) used to operate and protect the service.

We use the information you submit solely to generate your personalized Dinner Rescue recipe, deliver it by email, respond to support requests, and keep the service running securely.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Chef Kena does not receive or store your full card number, expiration date, or CVC. Stripe’s handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.

To operate the service we rely on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database and hosting infrastructure), and OpenAI (recipe generation). Information you submit — including ingredient lists, dietary restrictions, and email address — is transmitted to and processed by these providers as necessary to generate and deliver your recipe.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information (for example, government identifiers, financial account numbers, medical records, or precise health data) in your intake notes. The intake form is designed for kitchen information only.

We retain order records (intake, generated recipe, email delivery status) as long as needed to support you, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Unpaid abandoned orders are cleaned up periodically.

You can request a copy or deletion of your order information by emailing recipes@chefkena.com. We may need to keep limited records for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.

Recipes are generated based on the information you provide. Chef Kena cannot verify allergen content, cross-contamination risk, or the freshness and safety of ingredients in your kitchen. Always confirm ingredient labels for allergens, follow safe food-handling and cooking-temperature guidance, and consult a qualified professional for specific dietary or medical needs.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
